$$F = {{GMm\sqrt 8 R} \over {{{\left( {9{R^2}} \right)}^{3/2}}}} = {{2\sqrt 2 GmM} \over {{{\left( {9{R^2}} \right)}^{3/2}}}}$$

$$ = {{2\sqrt 2 GmM} \over {27{R^2}}}$$

$$F = {{\sqrt 8 GMm} \over {27{R^2}}}$$
